• Proven ability to hire, coach, and develop managers and SDRs into leaders.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute AI-powered strategic vision for Startup, SMB, and Commercial segments.
• Lead scalable, measurable SDR processes with data-driven forecasting and accountability.
• Manage a growing team of Managers and SDRs, reporting to the Head of AMER.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Marketing, Ops, and Product Marketing to drive campaigns and strategies.
• Champion operational excellence, data integrity in Salesforce, and performance metrics.
