Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel growth across the APAC region from our Bangkok office. You’ll partner with Demand Generation and Account Executives to qualify leads, build a high-quality pipeline, and engage prospects early in the buying journey.

You’ll thrive on curiosity, persistence, and teamwork, with a structured onboarding through our Associate program and continued growth via Stripe's Sales Development Academy.

Qualifications

• Track record of top performance in academics, extracurriculars, or work.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter who can operate autonomously in a hyper-growth environment.
• Requires in-office participation three days per week in Bangkok.

Responsibilities

• Research and create outreach materials for high-value prospects in partnership with SDRs and AEs.
• Follow up with Marketing-generated leads to qualify as sales opportunities and arrange meetings.
• Execute outbound sales plays created by Marketing.
• Initiate contact with potential customers via cold-calling or inquiries from Marketing.
• Develop relationships to uncover needs and qualify interest for hand-offs to sales.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain CRM activity and weekly reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve targeting and messaging.
• Prospect into enterprises across the APAC region using various tools and methods.
