Qualifications

Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Excellent proficiency in English for reporting and team communication.
Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria.

Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.

Responsibilities

Manage and resolve complex account queries for Italian-speaking players.
Conduct background checks and document verification to ensure security and compliance.
