Job summary
Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Polish-speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist to support players and manage gaming account integrity from its Bulgaria hub. The role requires native or fluent Polish, a passion for gaming, and a valid EU passport.

Qualifications
- Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
- EU passport valid (mandatory).
- Passion for Gaming & Esports.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Experience in back-office support or customer relations is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Handle back-office administrative tasks for gaming accounts, ensuring integrity and security.
- Provide high-quality Polish-speaking player support for premium experience in esports.
- Monitor real-time gaming activity to identify irregularities and elevate issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical inquiries about platform functionality.
- Maintain documentation and reporting to ensure compliance with gaming regulations.
- Contribute to improving internal support processes and the player journey.“
- Stay updated on Gaming & Esports trends to better assist players.
