We are seeking a Policy Support Specialist for a full-time temp-to-hire opportunity in Nashville, TN. Key Responsibilities
- Support clients with policy maintenance, documentation, inquiries, and service-related requests.
- Communicate proactively with clients by phone and email to gather information, provide updates, and resolve questions.
- Work closely with account managers to ensure client needs are handled promptly, accurately, and professionally.
- Process insurance-related documentation while maintaining accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
- Deliver a positive client experience through clear communication, follow-through, and strong attention to detail.
- Contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on professional development and exceptional service.
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay: $17.50 to $18.50 per hour
- Job type: Temp-to-hire, full-time.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- Provide client support for policy maintenance, documentation, inquiries, and service requests.
- Communicate with clients by phone and email to collect information and provide status updates.
- Partner with account managers to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.
- Process insurance documentation with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience preferred, ideally in customer support, client care, insurance support, or a call center environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for client-facing phone and email interactions.
- Ability to manage multiple requests while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
