Job summary

Staffmark Group in Franklin, TN is hiring an Insurance Client Service professional to help clients, answer calls and emails, and guide policy documents and service requests.

This role supports both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines, with opportunities to learn insurance products, systems, and licensing. Level II requires 2-4+ years of experience and an active Property & Casualty license.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional experience (Level I)
• 2-4+ years of insurance or related account management experience (Level II)
• Active Property & Casualty License required for Level II

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Respond to client inquiries by phone and email
• Assist clients with policy documents and service requests
• Process renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and account updates
• Communicate with insurance carriers regarding policy needs and coverage information
• Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation
• Follow up on outstanding documents, requests, and account needs
• Support both Personal Lines and Commercial Lines accounts
• Provide responsive, professional customer service to clients and business partners

Level I - Requirements

• 0-2 years of professional experience
• Insurance experience not required
• Customer service, banking, administrative, hospitality, sales support, or account coordination experience preferred
• Willingness to obtain required insurance licensing after hire

Level II - Requirements

• 2-4+ years of insurance or related account management experience
• Active Property & Casualty License required
• Personal Lines and/or Commercial Lines insurance experience preferred

Job Duties

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Experience using computers, business software, and data entry systems.
• Previous customer service, call center, retail, office support, or administrative experience is preferred.
• Experience working with CRM software, order processing systems, or customer databases is beneficial.
• Bilingual communication skills may be considered an asset depending on the position.
• Individuals who demonstrate patience, professionalism, adaptability, and excellent communication skills are well positioned for success as a Insurance Client Service.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to remain seated or stand for extended periods while assisting customers.
• Frequent use of computers, telephones, and standard office equipment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers, coworkers, and business partners.
• Ability to perform repetitive keyboard and data entry tasks throughout the workday.
