Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a Policy Services Representative to provide essential processing and administrative support to Account Managers, Producers, and customers. You will handle policy transactions, verify information, maintain electronic files, assist with claims follow-up, and respond to routine service requests to ensure accurate and timely service.

You will work with a collaborative team to deliver a positive customer experience, while maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in agency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service or administrative experience preferred.
• Insurance experience not required; training provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with computers, data entry, and standard software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for customers and visitors, answering calls and directing inquiries.
• Assist walk-in customers with routine service needs and payments, coordinating with Account Manager as needed.
• Process policy transactions and changes, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, and other service requests.
• Review documents for accuracy and follow up on corrections.
• Provide processing support for claims and related documents.
• Maintain accurate documentation in agency systems and workflows.
• Collaborate with customers, Account Managers, Producers, and carriers to resolve needs.
• Support training and participate in additional service and admin tasks.
