The Juris Agency is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to support current clients and new prospects, process policy change requests, maintain product knowledge, and answer questions. Insurance industry knowledge is a plus but not required.

The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, handling inquiries, and pursuing referrals while maintaining strong client relationships. Training will be provided to enhance product and service expertise.

Qualifications

• Self-starter with sense of urgency.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Property & Casualty license is preferred but training provided.
• Professional phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Process customer policy change requests.
• Secure all trailing documents from customers.
• Handle all incoming claim calls from customers.
• Complete Evidence of Insurance requests.
• Greet all customers entering the office in a friendly manner.
• Take premium payments from customers.
• Ask for referrals and explain the referral program.
• Treat each contact as a cross and upsell opportunity including financial products.
• Verify contact details and update customer information.
• Maintain client relationships with follow-up calls.
