Job summary

The Juris Agency is seeking a highly organized Customer Service Representative to support our Agency Producer. You will be the first contact for clients, handling inquiries, processing policy changes, and proactively managing the Producer's calendar to fill meetings with qualified prospects.

Responsibilities include answering calls and emails, assisting with routine account updates and billing questions, and scheduling client appointments. Flexible schedule and growth opportunities are offered.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
• Assist clients with routine account updates, billing questions, and basic policy changes.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities during routine client interactions.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly, escalating complex issues to the Agency Producer.
• Manage the Agency Producer's daily, weekly, and monthly calendar.
• Schedule, reschedule, and confirm client appointments, policy reviews, and prospect meetings.
• Prepare necessary pre-meeting documents, files, and quotes for the Producer.
• Make outbound calls to existing clients to book annual insurance/financial review appointments.
