Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and timely processing of policy print materials.
• Experience assembling print packets with required forms and product-specific documentation.
• Experience maintaining inventory and coordinating replenishment needs.
• Ability to identify incorrect or questionable policy print materials.
• Experience processing returned policy contracts and re-mailing them within service standards.

Responsibilities

• Review policy print materials for accuracy, assemble print packets, and prepare them for mailing.
• Include required forms, inserts, and product-specific documentation in policy packages.
• Maintain adequate supply inventory and coordinate replenishment needs with the Lead Print Specialist.
• Identify and report incorrect or questionable policy print materials.
• Process returned policy contracts and re-mail them within established service standards.
• Scan, route, and organize applications and policy documentation.
• Support daily production reporting and ensure state-specific compliance requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate records of paper and transmitted applications received.
• Assist with FirstNet reporting and uploads as needed.
• Locate and retrieve historical documents from storage.
