Job summary

American Amicable Group is seeking a Client Experience Representative to respond to inquiries, explain policy information, and update client accounts. You will research accounts, escalate when needed, and document interactions while maintaining knowledge of products and procedures.

  • Ensure appropriate follow-up to guarantee full resolution
  • Participate in special projects and support team initiatives
  • Conduct all business in compliance with company standards, regulations, and ethical guidelines
