Job summary

Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) Police is seeking a Contingent: Policy, Training, Records Modern Project Manager to oversee the modernization of policy manuals and the transition to the Central Square RMS. This role focuses on auditing, redesign, and governance to ensure policies, procedures, and training align with current standards and evolving technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, criminal justice, public policy, or related field; J.D./Master’s preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in criminal justice, legal, or public safety development or analysis.

Responsibilities

• Audit policy manuals to identify gaps, outdated provisions, and cross-reference errors.
• Lead redesign/standardization of core policy guides; align with RMS workflows.
• Develop governance frameworks, QA, version control, and review cycles.
• Produce reports with revisions and strategic improvements for policy governance.
• Collaborate with training staff to update materials reflecting revised policies and training.
