Globe Life in Broadview Heights, Ohio is seeking a Corporate Service Specialist to join our team. You will support policyholder services through accurate processing of returned mail, mailroom duties, policy review, and general office tasks.

This role emphasizes data integrity, customer service experience, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, insurance operations, or related administrative role.
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Previous phone experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, scan and process all returned mail per procedures.
• Research and resolve returned mail by locating updated policyholder contact information.
• Investigate returned checks and coordinate resolution with teams.
• Locate and verify current policyholder addresses using internal/external resources.
• Perform policy review verification to ensure data integrity.
• Complete assigned projects within the planned timeframe.
• Maintain confidentiality of all policyholder information.
