Qualifications

• Strong data entry accuracy and attention to detail required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, scan, and process all returned mail in accordance with department procedures.
• Research and resolve returned mail by locating updated policyholder contact information.
• Investigate and research returned checks and coordinate resolution with appropriate teams.
• Utilize internal and external resources to locate and verify current policyholder addresses.
• Perform policy review verification to ensure data integrity.
• Complete assigned projects within planned timeframes.
• Maintain confidentiality of all policyholder information.
