• Investigate and research returned checks and coordinate resolution with appropriate teams.
• Utilize internal and external resources to locate and verify current policyholder addresses.
• Perform policy review verification to ensure data integrity.
• Complete assigned projects within planned timeframes.
• Maintain confidentiality of all policyholder information.

Role Overview

Could you be our next Corporate Service Specialist? Globe Life is looking for a Corporate Service Specialist to join the team!

This role is responsible for supporting policyholder services through accurate processing of return mail, mailroom duties, policy review, and general office assistance.

This position is located in Broadview Heights, Ohio.

What You Will Do

• Receive, sort, scan and process all returned mail in accordance with department procedures.

What You Can Bring
