Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, scan and process returned mail per procedures.
• Research and resolve returned mail by updating policyholder contacts.
• Investigate returned checks and coordinate resolution with teams.
• Locate and verify current policyholder addresses using resources.
• Perform policy review verification to ensure data integrity.
• Complete projects within planned timeframes.
• Maintain confidentiality of policyholder information.
