Job summary

Toyota Motor North America in Columbus, Indiana, seeks a Compliance Analyst to help develop and sustain the NA E&C Policy Governance program. The role supports the RCCO and NA E&C team in implementing policies, training, and communications across NA and SA to promote adherence to laws and company standards.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree and 3–5+ years in ethics/compliance or related fields, strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to manage projects and collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in project management, human resources, administration, business, or the law.
• 3–5+ years of relevant professional experience in ethics and compliance, project management, procurement, human resources, manufacturing, supply chain, compliance and regulatory enforcement.
• Ability to work and research complex data.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Cross functional teamwork and strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist the NA RCCO, PDISA, and NA E&C team to develop, implement, and sustain a best-in-class Policy Governance program, including policies and procedures.
• Support the NA E&C Monitoring Program and assist with risk mitigation and remediation.
• Collaborate with NA and SA group companies to deploy governance tools and resources.
• Lead and participate in project teams across functions to advance policy governance and compliance initiatives.
• Communicate and train employees on policy governance, risks, and awareness.
• Travel within North America (up to 25%, possibly 40%).
