Toyota Motor North America is seeking a Compliance Risk Assessment Analyst to support the NA RCCO, the Compliance Risk Assessments Manager, and the NA Ethics and Compliance team in designing, implementing, and sustaining the ethics and compliance risk program across TMNA and related entities in NA and SA.

The role aims to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, risk/compliance, or related fields.
• 3–5+ years in ethics/compliance, risk assessment, internal audit, or accounting/finance.
• Advanced Excel data analysis and pivot tables.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint.
• Experience with SharePoint or similar collaborative tools.
• Strong problem-solving and risk assessment.
• Cross-functional collaboration.
• Customer-service mindset.
• Strong communicator (oral & written).
• Results oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and sustain the Compliance Risk Assessment Program with stakeholders.
• Lead and support risk assessments using questionnaires, interviews, surveys, and risk analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to monitor changes in compliance risks and update policies/tools.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on risk assessments for NA and SA group companies.
• Manage projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead or support cross-functional project teams.
• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
• Additional duties as assigned.
