Job summary

Toyota Material Handling, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Risk Assessment Analyst to support the North American Regional Chief Compliance Officer and the NA Ethics & Compliance team in implementing and evolving the ethics and compliance program across NA and SA.

You will help identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, and manage projects to advance TMHNA’s ethics commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, audit, risk management or a related field.
• 3–5+ years in ethics/compliance, risk assessment, or internal audit.
• Strong data analysis skills with advanced Excel capabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Office and collaboration tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the design, implementation, and sustainability of the Compliance Risk Assessment Program.
• Lead and support risk assessments using questionnaires, interviews, surveys and risk analysis.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to monitor regulatory changes and update policies and tools.
• Serve as a trusted advisor for risk assessments and day-to-day inquiries.
• Manage projects, timelines, and stakeholder engagement.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to drive key initiatives.
