Responsibilities

• Assist CMIM with design, implementation, and sustainability of the NA E&C case management framework.
• Conduct investigations and document review; manage case workload and reporting.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, IT and Finance to ensure compliant investigations.
• Prepare updates and metrics reports for RCCO, CMIM and leadership.
• Support Compliance Ambassador program and speak‑up culture initiatives.
