Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, PR, education, learning and development, or related field.
• 3–5 years in ethics/compliance, regulatory compliance, or related areas.
• Experience coordinating regional or global programs and LMS platforms.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into engaging content.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, deploy, and manage E&C communications and training plans.
• Translate compliance priorities into clear, practical resources for diverse audiences.
• Coordinate with SMEs and leaders to execute training initiatives and measure impact.
• Maintain and update training materials, campaigns, and awareness tools.
• Monitor participation and effectiveness metrics to drive continuous improvement.
