Job summary

You will collaborate with leaders, develop training, monitor risks, and promote adherence to laws and company policies, leveraging strong communication and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields such as project management, human resources, administration, business, or the law.
• 3–5+ years of relevant professional experience in ethics and compliance, project management, procurement, human resources, manufacturing, supply chain, compliance and regulatory enforcement, Ethics & Compliance-specific experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing, implementing, and sustaining a best-in-class Policy Governance program with policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.
• Collaborate with NA and SA leaders to promote governance tools and resources.
• Support NA E&C Monitoring Program administration and risk remediation.
• Lead and manage cross-functional project teams and initiatives.
• Stay informed on regulatory changes affecting policies and tools.
