The role supports a robust ethics program, manages investigations, and analyzes data to promote speak-up culture within North America and related regions. The analyst will work closely with the RCCO, CMIM, and E&C teams to ensure policy adherence, timely reporting, and coordination across departments, including legal and HR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant fields; Ethics & Compliance certification(s) preferred.
• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in ethics and compliance, compliance or regulatory enforcement, corporate investigations, Ethics & Compliance-specific experience preferred.
• Ability to work and research complex data.
• Effective problem-solving skills.
• Cross functional teamwork.
• Strong oral and written communication.
• Result oriented.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CMIM design, implementation, and sustainability of the NA E&C case management and investigations framework, including operating the case management system and the Helpline.
• Perform investigations into concerns, allegations, and issues related to ethics and compliance violations.
• Lead and partner with group company leadership and stakeholders in NA and SA regarding case management and investigations utilization.
• Collaborate with Legal, HR, IT, Internal Audit, Finance and other departments to ensure compliant investigations.
• Support preparation and delivery of regular communications, metrics, and reports to RCCO and CMIM, and TICO.
