AAA / Automobile Club of Southern California is seeking an Insurance Service Specialist to provide insurance service and clerical support to agents and members in branch offices. You will assist members with questions, take payments, counsel, and update Property & Casualty policies.

Responsibilities include maintenance of policies, verifying new applications, processing payments, updating member data, and maintaining filing systems.

Qualificações

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Prior customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working in a sales environment strongly preferred.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office software.

Responsabilidades
