Job summary

The Automobile Club of Southern California is seeking an Insurance Service Specialist to provide insurance service and clerical support to our branch offices. You will assist members with questions, take payments, counsel, and make changes to Property & Casualty policies.

This role includes training opportunities, handling policy maintenance, verifying applications, processing payments, updating member records, and maintaining filing systems.

Qualifications

• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish, preferred.
• Prior customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working in a sales environment strongly preferred.
• Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office software products.
• A successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, superior organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining superior customer relationships.
