Responsabilités

• Support implementation of the Co‑op Solutions Hub and the NYC Accelerator program for multifamily buildings.
• Engage stakeholders across city and partner agencies to advance LL97 compliance and sustainability initiatives.
• Analyze policy options, incentives, and funding opportunities; prepare reports and publications.
• Represent MOCEJ at meetings, events, and interagency coordination efforts.
