The City of New York Department of Environmental Protection seeks a Senior Advisor for Multifamily Housing Climate Solutions to lead decarbonization efforts citywide. You will guide program strategy, engage stakeholders, and ensure Local Law 97 compliance across NYC’s multifamily stock.

You will coordinate with the NYC Accelerator, finance teams, and city partners to deploy energy efficiency projects, J-51R incentives, and C-PACE programs while improving resident comfort, safety, and health.

Formación

• Baccalaureate degree from an accredited college (or equivalent).
• 18+ months of administrative, managerial, consultative, or supervisory experience in related duties.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage citywide programs to decarbonize multifamily housing and ensure Local Law 97 compliance.
• Provide technical housing finance and regulatory expertise for program goals.
• Develop policy initiatives to expand resources for decarbonization and resilience.
• Collaborate with city partners, lenders, and housing groups to expand incentives (C-PACE, J-51R).
• Promote equity and sustainability across NYC’s multifamily sector.
