Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and four years of full-time experience in development, evaluation, implementation, coordination, monitoring and/or assessment of courses and training programs.
• Eighteen months of which must be in a responsible managerial or administrative capacity.
• Education/experience equivalent to the above with eighteen months of managerial/administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, assigns, and tracks communications for the Personnel Bureau and updates the log.
• Ensures payroll-related transactions for new hires and transfers are accurate.
• Analyzes staff duties and workflows and recommends staff alignment and organization changes.
• Maintains organization charts for all sub-units.
• Recommends staff development, mentoring and career advancement; cross-trains staff for coverage.
• Tracks deadlines, vacation schedules and other work assignments with the Executive Director.
• Oversees preparation of personnel actions including postings, screening, interviews and promotion processes.
• Handles all administrative matters including office supplies, technology, and space.
