Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in training program development or administration, 18 months in a managerial role.
• Experience overseeing staff development, workload planning and reorganization.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, assigns and tracks communications for the Personnel Bureau and keeps the log updated.
• Oversees payroll-related processes for new hires and transfers and ensures compliance.
• Advises on staff alignment, workload distribution and org charts for sub-units.
• Directs staff development, mentoring and career progression within the unit.
• Manages deadlines, vacations and work assignments with the Executive Director.
