Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of related non-sworn or sworn police program support experience.
• Familiarity with inventory, procurement, and asset tracking processes.
• Ability to use basic computer and office software for recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor fleet maintenance schedules and service records.
• Maintain detailed records of department vehicles, equipment, and property.
• Order, receive, inspect, and distribute supplies and uniforms.
• Track inventory levels and conduct periodic audits.
• Prepare reports on fleet usage, procurement activity, and assets.
• Provide logistical support during events or emergencies.
