Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services is seeking a Foreman to supervise field crews and align daily field operations within safety and quality standards. You will plan, organize, and coordinate work across multiple job types, ensuring on-time completion and proper resource allocation.

You will hire, train, and motivate a crew of up to ten employees, enforce company policies, and maintain clear communication with customers. A valid driver's license and ability to travel are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must complete Foreman Training Program (3–8 weeks).

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of field crews while planning, organizing, and coordinating daily field operations.
• Hire, train, motivate and supervise a crew of up to ten employees.
• Ensure safety, quality, production and budget goals are met.
• Operate vehicles and transport crew to job sites.
• Maintain data related to timekeeping and payroll.
