Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Foreman to lead field crews in inspecting and maintaining utility infrastructure. You will plan daily operations, assign tasks, and ensure safety and quality across projects.

You will supervise up to ten workers, coordinate with customers, manage timekeeping data, and ensure equipment and vehicles are properly maintained. A valid driver's license and Foreman training are required.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED; completion of Foreman Training Program required.
• Ability to supervise a crew of up to ten employees.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Strong safety mindset and compliance.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Perform work according to standard practices and customer specs, including excavation, inspection, preservatives, coatings, and site restoration.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer relations; communicate clearly and respectfully.
• Lead and supervise crew of up to ten employees from diverse backgrounds.
• Manage daily work to meet safety, quality, production, and cost goals.
• Organize resources and prioritize work to complete jobs on time.
• Operate vehicles to transport materials, equipment, and crew to sites; include UT vs trailers as needed.
• Record and submit timekeeping, payroll, and work data timely.
• Promote safety via daily briefings, weekly safety meetings, and adherence to policies.
• Maintain vehicles, equipment, and tools; manage inventory of supplies.
• Enforce company policies, training, and harassment/discrimination prevention.
