Qualifications

• Valid state driver’s license with clean record; may need pesticide license or DOT medical exam.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew of up to ten employees, planning and coordinating daily field operations.
• Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met.
• Hire, train, and motivate crew; organize resources to complete jobs on time.
• Operate vehicles to transport crew and equipment to job sites.
• Collect and submit timekeeping and payroll data.
• Maintain equipment, inventory, and vehicles; enforce company policies.
