Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; complete Foreman Training (3–8 weeks).
• Valid driver’s license with clean record; CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
• Ability to operate and manage field crews and data collection tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and plan daily field operations and crews up to ten people.
• Maintain professional image and customer relations; communicate clearly.
• Hire, train, and motivate crew; manage safety, quality, and costs.
• Organize resources to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Operate vehicles to transport crew and materials to sites.
