Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services is seeking a Foreman to oversee field crews responsible for inspection, maintenance, and restoration of utility infrastructure. The role requires planning, organizing, and coordinating daily field operations while ensuring a safe, efficient, and professional work environment.

The position involves supervising a crew of up to ten, managing resources, and ensuring work adheres to safety and customer specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must complete Foreman Training Program (3–8 weeks) covering administration, crew management, safety, and driver qualification.
• Valid state driver’s license with no DUI/DWI in the past 5 years; First Aid/CPR certifications recommended; DOT medical exam may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews and coordinate daily field operations.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer relations; uphold company image.
• Hire, train, and supervise a crew of up to ten employees.
• Manage daily work to meet safety, quality, production, and cost goals.
• Organize resources to complete jobs within deadlines.
• Operate vehicles to transport crew and equipment to sites.
• Record and submit timekeeping, payroll, and work data promptly.
• Promote safety through daily briefings and weekly safety meetings.
