Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Foreman to directly supervise field crews and coordinate daily operations for utility infrastructure projects.

You will plan, organize, and direct work to meet safety, quality, and production goals while maintaining strong customer relations. The role emphasizes leadership, training, and hands-on supervision in outdoor environments, with travel across multiple crews and site locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with completion of a Foreman Training Program (3–8 weeks).
• Possess a valid state driver’s license with clean record in past 5 years; CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.
• May require pesticide applicator license and DOT medical exam.
• Proven ability to supervise a crew of up to ten and manage field operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise field crews, plan and coordinate daily operations across multiple job types.
• Maintain professional appearance and good customer relations.
• Organize resources, manage timeframes, and ensure safety, quality, and cost controls.
• Drive equipment and crew to job sites; collect timekeeping and payroll data.
• Promote safety with daily briefings and ongoing training.
