Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. seeks a Foreman to supervise field crews and manage daily operations across job sites. You will coordinate work, train up to ten employees, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency in every task.

You will also maintain equipment, enforce company policies, and manage data for timekeeping and payroll while coordinating resources to meet project goals. This role requires a HS diploma or GED, a Foreman Training Program, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Completion of a Foreman Training Program (3–8 weeks) is required.
• Valid driver's license with clean record; CPR/First Aid certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise a field crew of up to ten; plan and coordinate daily field operations.
• Perform work per standard practices and customer specs; ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain professional appearance and customer relations.
• Organize resources to meet safety, quality, production, and cost targets.
• Operate vehicles to transport crew and equipment to job sites.
• Collect and timely submit data related to timekeeping and payroll.
• Enforce safety via daily briefings and weekly meetings; ensure policy compliance.
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and tools; manage inventory.
• Travel as required between locations; accommodate varying schedules.
