Job summary

You will hire and supervise up to ten workers, manage daily work to meet safety and production goals, and ensure accurate data collection and reporting. Strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and hands-on supervision are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; related work experience preferred.
• Must complete Foreman Training Program (3–8 weeks) covering admin, crew management, safety and driver qualification.
• Capable of supervising a crew of up to ten employees.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn Osmose software applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew of up to ten employees.
• Organize resources and prioritize work to meet timeframes.
• Ensure safety, quality, production, and cost goals are met.
• Operate vehicles to transport crew and equipment to job sites.
• Collect, record, and submit data related to timekeeping, payroll, and work performed.
• Promote and enforce safety through daily briefings and safety meetings, and ensure drivers are qualified.
• Maintain and inventory vehicles, equipment, and tools.
