Job summary

Osmose Utilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Utility Pole Assessment Foreman to lead daily field operations and supervise a crew performing pole assessments, maintenance, and restoration work.

You will ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards while representing Osmose professionally with customers and utility representatives. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to manage productivity and safety in outdoor environments.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Previous leadership or foreman experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with 3+ years driving experience.
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to motivate and train field crews.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate and maintain company vehicles and tools.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs routinely and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Willingness to travel locally, statewide, or regionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise daily field operations and crew activities.
• Perform utility pole assessments following safety procedures.
• Coordinate daily work assignments for efficient project completion.
• Train and mentor crew members in safe work practices.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and industry requirements.
• Maintain vehicles, tools, and equipment in safe condition.
• Complete documentation and project updates accurately and timely.
• Monitor quality, productivity, and safety performance.
• Communicate professionally with customers and stakeholders.
• Support a positive team environment focused on safety and quality.
