You will operate flux-cored and plasma welding processes, with attention to safety and quality. Candidates should be able to work in a team, handle physical tasks, and complete the Welder Training Program.

Qualifications

• Must complete Welder Training Program.
• Proven ability to read complex prints and specs.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and multi-task in a fast-paced production setting.
• Assemble pole components and perform welds per drawings and specs.
• Operate welding equipment and tools to produce quality welds.
• Inspect welds and ensure compliance with drawings and standards.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping in the work area.
