Job summary

Sabre Industries, Inc. in Marshall, TX is seeking a production welder to join our team on the pole assembly line. You will read drawings, set welding parameters, and operate band saws and oxy-fuel/plasma tools to weld components to specification.

This full-time role offers benefits and opportunities for growth; candidates should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment on site.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• GMAW or Metal Core welding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform production welding per prescribed codes, procedures, specifications and drawings.
• Read and interpret weld symbols to locate attachments and determine weld size and configuration.
• Set up welding equipment and adjust parameters to meet procedures.
• Move and position components safely, lifting up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards on the shop floor.
