Sabre Industries, Inc. is seeking a Welder to perform production welding and pole assembly tasks at our Hicksville, OH facility. The role involves reading drawings, tacking and welding components, and ensuring quality in a fast-paced shop environment.

Responsibilities include following procedures, using plasma and oxy-fuel torches, and maintaining safety standards to support reliable production of large pole assemblies and related parts.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Proficiency in reading complex prints and specifications.
• Must know how to properly use a weld gauge.
• Read and write.

Mansioni

• Reads and interprets drawings to determine parts needed to assemble pole assembly.
• Uses welding processes to tack weld components for pole assemblies.
• Welds products and assists fitters to meet quality and productivity goals.
• Performs visual inspections and uses weld gauges to verify size and quality.
• Maintains safety guidelines and Sabre’s quality standards.
