Responsibilities

• Leads and supports Poker team to create legendary customer service.
• Ensures Poker staff has training, tools and mindset to enable them.
• Maintains operation integrity and handles disputes professionally.
• Verifies issuance of credit after necessary signatures.
• Informs Poker Manager and Surveillance of irregularities.
• Records table inventory when the table opens and after it closes.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Keeps compliant with Ohio CCC regulations.
