Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality is seeking a Poker Room Supervisor to oversee poker games, ensure guest service, proper pace, rake, and compliance with gaming regulations. You will supervise staff, manage schedules, and coach team members to maintain high standards.

The role requires knowledge of poker rules, strong math and computer skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in our Kentucky poker room. Prior supervisory casino experience is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or currently enrolled and complete GED within 6 months (required).
• Associate’s Degree in Related field is required (or equivalent supervisory experience).
• Two years of experience as a Poker Dealer or Supervisor (required).
• Must be able to work odd hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversees games and monitors for irregularities.
• Supervises team and ensures policy compliance.
• Ensures regulatory adherence and reports violations.
• Manages schedules and staffing needs.
• Interviews and recommends candidates for hire.
• Maintains timely performance reviews and open communication.
