Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s Degree in Related field required.
• Two years of supervisory experience required.
• Two years experience as Poker Dealer or Supervisor required.
• Must have knowledge of poker rules and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Oversees games and looks for irregularities or deviations from procedure.
• Supervises team and enforces policies and procedures.
• Ensures compliance with gaming regulations and reports violations.
• Manages schedules and communicates staffing needs to management.
• Coaches staff and documents actions.
• Interacts with guests and resolves issues professionally.
• Transports cash to the poker room cashier window for exchanges.
