Job summary

Wind Creek Hospitality is seeking a Poker Dealer to proficiently deal Poker games for guests with courtesy and accuracy. You will maintain game integrity, follow internal controls, and deliver superior guest service to foster repeat business.

Responsibilities include handling cash, observing gaming standards, and communicating with the Poker Room Supervisor about irregularities or disputes. Candidates must pass an audition and meet the minimum education requirements.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• Must pass an audition for at least 2 Poker games
• Must be familiar with methods of cheating in Poker
• Ability to calculate mathematical equations without calculator
• Must know common rules and procedures of Poker and speak English

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time in proper uniform
• Exhibit proficiency in dealing Poker
• Protect and control the game being dealt
• Follow IGB rules and Wind Creek policies
• Notify Supervisor of irregularities or disputes
• Transports cash to the poker room cage for chip exchange
• Read and understand Wind Creek gambling policies
• Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers
• Adhere to department and property policies
• Other duties as assigned
