Job summary

MGM Resorts International in National Harbor, Maryland, seeks a Poker Floor Supervisor to manage guest flow and poker operations with a focus on service quality and fairness.

You will greet guests, seat players, and resolve in-game situations while adhering to casino policies and Bravo Poker software processes. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a commitment to safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous Poker experience preferred.
• Previous Casino Operations Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a front-line ambassador, greeting guests while maintaining table waiting list.
• Seat players in games and making rulings in games following proper departmental protocol.
• Utilize all aspects of the Bravo Poker software.
• Stay informed about all Poker Division activities and events.
• Input all player information into the database system and issue MGM Rewards cards.
• Work with tournament registration.
