Live! Casino & Hotel Maryland is seeking a skilled Poker Room Supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the Poker Room, uphold game integrity, safeguard company assets, and provide guests with a superior gaming experience.

You will lead the supervision of poker dealers, develop staff, and collaborate with the Poker Floor Supervisor on promotions, tournaments, and staff performance to stay competitive with local venues.

Qualifications

• Ability to analyze and interpret departmental needs and results.
• Ability to solve complex problems.
• Knowledge of specified games and gaming regulations.
• Ability to add monies and chips.
• Good public relations/guest service skills.
• Ability to perform duties under time pressure in interruptive environment.
• Ability to complete paperwork and forms accurately.
• Understand basic mathematical functions.

Responsabilités

• Review staffing levels to maintain operational effectiveness.
• Controlling cards and equipment.
• Supervise poker dealers.
• Develop staff, evaluate, hire and train.
• Assist with monitoring promotions and tournaments.
• Review poker room activities with Director of Poker.
• Assist with monitoring performance relative to local competition.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Ensure safety and security of guests and employees.
• Other duties as assigned.
