Job summary

MGM Resorts International in Maryland is seeking a Poker Floor Supervisor to be the primary contact between guests and poker services. You will greet guests, manage the table waiting list, seat players, and make rulings following department protocol.

You will use Bravo Poker software, input player information into the database, issue MGM Rewards cards, and collaborate with tournament registration. At least a high school diploma; prior poker or casino supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous Poker experience in working capacity preferred
• Previous Casino Operations Supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Attend to the needs of players and guests as necessary.
• Front-line ambassador: greet guests and manage table waiting list.
• Seat players in games and make rulings following department protocol.
• Utilize Bravo Poker software.
• Input all player information into the database and issue MGM Rewards cards.
• Collaborate with tournament registration.
