Job summary

Travel to Dade City and Wesley Chapel is required for site duties. Responsibilities include coordinating appointments, collecting demographics and insurance data, processing medical records requests, and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in clerical/office settings or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Schedules patient appointments per practice protocols and obtains necessary pre-certifications.
• Collects accurate patient demographic and insurance information.
• Processes requests for medical records per policies.
• Uses office equipment and technology competently and answers calls professionally.
• Maintains regular attendance in alignment with policy.
• Interacts with patients and families in a courteous manner.
• Assists with billing as needed.
